Serge Gay has over 30 years of experience in education, having served as a school headmaster, Vice-President, and Board Member of the Lemania Swiss Group of Schools. He led international development, launched the IB program, and introduced boarding models in several institutions. With leadership roles in Arthur Andersen, Veolia, and founder of Riverstream Consult, Michel Baum brings high-level expertise in public-private partnerships and education strategy. Daniela Re – Senior Advisor
Daniela Re has held senior roles at Compaq, Oracle, Laureate Education, and Verbier International School. She has led strategic acquisitions, managed global finance operations, and now combines financial strategy with educational leadership.
